Group Training

Lectures- Virtual or In-person
This is more than a lecture. Ashley travels to your school, clinic, or center to work directly alongside your staff and the children you serve. The learning happens in real time, in your space, with your kids. Every session is built around your team's specific context, challenges, and goals so that what you walk away with is immediately useful.

1:1 Mentoring
Virtual Mentoring- 6 Sessions
Training is individualized to your professional goals. We meet for one-hour sessions, and between meetings you’ll send video clips from your therapy sessions for us to review and analyze together: what the child is communicating, how you're responding, and what you might try next. This program is application-based and available to therapists anywhere. This program requires you to submit videos of you working 1:1 with children
In Person- 3 days of hands-on coaching
You come to us in League City, Texas, for a concentrated three-day experience. You'll work directly alongside Ashley with the children she supports, building hands-on learning in reading developmental profiles, supporting regulation, and fostering social-emotional growth in real time. This program is application-based and limited in availability. No Video Submission Required
Professional Coaching Session
A Coaching Session is a one-hour individualized call designed to support professionals at any stage of their journey. These sessions provide space to discuss clinical cases, developmental and relationship-based approaches, business growth, professional direction, or reflective practice within your work. Whether you are looking for guidance, problem-solving support, or a space to process ideas and challenges, sessions are tailored to your specific goals and needs.
The Attuned Practitioner
A 6-module lecture for any professional working one-on-one with autistic children. Deepen your understanding of connection in therapy and learn to bring movement, affect, and your authentic self into every session to elevate every child's engagement, emotional learning, and social communication.
